Gypsy Wood Park
There aren’t too many places where you can combine the magic and splendour of the Welsh woodland with the mythology of the fairies. That is what Gypsy Wood Park does! Whether you enjoy the adventure of the outdoor park or want to ride the train around the mystic grounds – there is something for everyone.
Dwyfor Ranch Rabbit and Animal Park
Do you like Rabbits? How about farm animals? Well, the Dwyfor Ranch Rabbit Farm and Animal Park is the ideal place for a family adventure. Kids are allowed to handle a wide selection of different types of animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs as well as puppies. You can also feed a selection of larger animals like pygmy goats, alpacas, rhea, donkeys, ponies, piggies and lambs. You might see a variety of newborn animals or even be fortunate enough to witness a birth! Don’t worry, it’s all under the supervision of responsible adults to make sure everything is safe.
Greenwood Family Park
Now, this is a day out that has something for everyone. You’ll be going back to your accommodation tired out after a fun-filled day of adventure at Greenwood Family Park. There is something for people of all ages! This includes the soft play area for toddlers and den building for older kids. All of the fantastic environmentally friendly rides are an experience in themselves – the people-powered roller coaster, solar-powered water chute – it’s an adventure in eco-friendly fun.
Porth y Swnt
This is the National Trust’s new, ground-breaking interpretation centre on the very tip of the Llyn Peninsula. This simple and modern building takes its inspiration from Aberdaron’s architecture as well as the maritime past. It also acts as a gateway to the Llyn with many unique features, as well as its rich cultural heritage. The name is called as such as it is the ‘gateway to the sound’ the stretch of water that divides Aberdaron from Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island). Manorafon Farm Park
This is a little further away as you’ll have to head over to Abergele. Enjoy a day of fun at Manorafon Farm Park! Cheer on the pig races, get up close with reptiles, snuggle adorable rabbits, and feed the farm animals. With its indoor play barn, off-road pedal go-karts, and multiple outdoor play areas, along with a packed schedule of activities, it’s the perfect destination for a memorable outing!
