Visit Parc Glynllifon
Parc Glynllifon’s historic gardens and country park is sure to be a hit with the family. Soak up the sun and enjoy a picnic in amazing surroundings. Don’t fancy a picnic? There is an onsite restaurant and gift shop which sells high quality local crafts. This beautiful park also has several water features where children are encouraged to play, modern sculpture trails, and treasure hunts too! Enough to keep the whole family entertained.
Visit Inigo Jones Tudor Slate Works
These slate workshops offer self-guided tours that are both educational and fun. You’ll be introduced to the origins of the workshop before you wander through the workshops and view the machines and craftsmen in action. The self-guided tour includes your own personal taped commentary as you walk around. Why not engrave your own piece of slate that you can take home and keep as a memento of your visit?
