What’s going on this Easter?

Amongst all the spectacular Easter events going on in North Wales, the local town of Caernarfon has more than its lion’s share and is just a short drive away from your holiday homes in Snowdonia at West Point Resort.

Whether you have the kids with you or not, there is one premier attraction that is sure to delight and excite all the way through Easter and that is the fabulous itinerary coming up at the much-loved GreenWood Forest Park this month.

Now that the schools have broken up, you may struggle for things to do for the youngsters over the whole two weeks but you certainly won’t if you take a journey to GreenWood during the seasonal period as there’s something which is bound to appeal to people of all ages.

Noted as one of the most revered destinations for families not just in Wales but also throughout the whole of the United Kingdom, the park should be coming to life as we speak. After kicking off on the 12th of April, visitors can enjoy fun up until the 27th of April with there being plenty of variety for all. Over 17 acres of land, you can take part in the trialling but enthralling Easter egg hunt whilst in the company of a pair of mischievous rabbits, Heulwen and Harley. You may need to put on your specs as they are sure to be hard to find on the 19th and 20th of April!

Elsewhere, you can enjoy a whole host of different attractions and performances with Howard the Magician and Ricardo the Pirate sure to put on a great show at the Enchanted Wood Forest Theatre. Over the course of the event, you can also get stuck in to some face painting, pyro art, body art, hair braiding and some relaxing donkey rides.

The fun just doesn’t stop coming either as you can still take part in all the regular attractions which make GreenWood popular all year long. Have you ever been a people-powered rollercoaster? Well, this is the first and only chance you will get as it’s the only one of its kind throughout the whole world! Also one for adrenaline junkies is the longest sledge run in Wales which is a pretty quick way of helping someone conquer their fears!

To go into full detail of what this magical place can bring to you this Easter would take all day to read as it truly does not stop giving. There’s no extra charge for the Easter preiod so don’t hesitate and get stuck in while you can!
