  • Spend more time with your kids?
  • Enjoy time with your loved one?
  • Travel?

Well – We couldn’t recommend it enough! Travel broadens the mind, expands your horizons making your world that much better.

But what is a sustainable and economically viable way of doing this? Flights are a lot of money, would you be happier investing in a second home-base location?

Well – buying a holiday home might just be the answer you are looking for. Holiday homes can provide a second life for you, many people say that buying a holiday home is the best thing they have ever done.

It offers the kids a chance to explore places outside of their hometown where they may have been accustomed to growing up – holiday parks provide fresh country air, sweeping views, swathes of green grace and ultimately – peace and tranquility.

Travelling to somewhere like North Wales allows you access to some breathtaking locations such as Snowdonia National Park, The beautiful and endlessly changing North Wales Coastline, and the beautiful acres of Forest Parks that are strewn throughout the area.

Science tells us that taking kids away to a serene and relaxing location for a long period of time encourages creativity, patience and appreciation of life. In a world where everyone is over stimulated by smartphones, apps and movies, it’s important to take kids away from this world of noise and allow them to appreciate life as it was intended.

A Whole New World

Scientifically Helpful

Enriched environments turn on the genetic concept of ‘brain fertilisers’ in the brain’s frontal lobes, enhancing executive functions such as stress regulation, attention, concentration, good planning and the ability to learn. It also improves physical and mental health.

Travelling also helps you reinvent yourself. Experiential travelling, can help you to reevaluate and reinvent your life. If you allow it to, travel has the ability to expand your mind in a way which you didn’t realise was even possible.

It also boosts happiness and satisfaction – aside from the fact that you don’t have to go to work (and all the fun and pleasure that that entails) travelling gives you an opportunity to step away from the daily grind. The new events and experiences help to rewire your brain, hence boosting your mind and self confidence.

Get Out There!

It’s especially easy to feel ‘trapped’ when I have to stay in the same place for a long while, and so getting away somewhere else – whether it’s a holiday home in the countryside, camping by the ocean or escaping to a beautiful and scenic location it reminds me of all the wideness and beauty of the world.

Many people who come to our holiday homes come with the reason that it really does boost the quality of life – why not come and have a look to see what all the fuss is all about?
